Co-Founder

Dr. Wendy Santos-Modesitt, PhD is a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical neuropsychologist with extensive experience evaluating and supporting children, adolescents, and adults across medical and community settings. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and has specialized training in neurocognitive assessment, brain health, and integrated behavioral care.

Dr. Santos-Modesitt has spent much of her career working within pediatric hospital systems and multidisciplinary medical teams, conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and collaborating closely with physicians, educators, and families. In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed to nationally recognized research on cognitive aging, dementia, and exercise-based brain health interventions, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.

As Co-Founder, Dr. Santos-Modesitt brings a thoughtful, collaborative, and compassionate style grounded in evidence-based practice. She is passionate about helping individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools through high-quality, culturally responsive neuropsychological care.

Co-Founder

Dr. Judith “Judy” Cavazos, PhD is a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical psychologist and neuropsychology specialist with over 15 years of experience providing psychological assessment, consultation, and psychotherapy across medical, community, and academic settings. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and has dedicated her career to integrative, culturally responsive care for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Dr. Cavazos has extensive expertise in neuropsychological evaluation, brain health, trauma-informed treatment, and the intersection of mental and medical health. Her clinical background includes leadership and program development roles within pediatric hospitals, university counseling centers, and community mental health organizations. She has supervised and trained multidisciplinary clinicians, contributed to clinical research initiatives, and presented nationally and internationally on neurocognitive assessment and behavioral health equity.

As Co-Founder of the practice, Dr. Cavazos brings a collaborative and compassionate approach grounded in evidence-based care and cultural humility. She is particularly passionate about expanding access to high-quality neuropsychological and psychological services for diverse communities and supporting clients in building resilience, clarity, and meaningful change.
